Each original painting and fine art print is handled with the utmost care and individually packaged to ensure safe delivery. Because of the nature of fine art and limited-edition works, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

In the rare event that your artwork is damaged during shipping, please email mail@taradicksonartstudio.com with photos of both the packaging and the artwork within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll review your case and offer a suitable solution — including repair, replacement (if applicable), or a refund.

Unfortunately, custom and commissioned artworks are non-refundable, as they are created specifically to your request and approval. You’ll receive progress updates and final approval images before shipping to ensure satisfaction.

Fine art prints are made to order using giclée printing on archival-quality paper. Because of this, returns for prints are not accepted unless the print arrives damaged or defective. If this occurs, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

If a return or replacement is approved due to damage or an error on our part, Tara Dickson Fine Art Studio will cover all associated return shipping costs. Please do not return any artwork without prior confirmation from our team.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped. Once the artwork has been dispatched or custom production has begun, cancellations cannot be processed.
