Returns & Refunds 

Each Tara Dickson artwork and print is handled with the utmost care and attention. Should there ever be an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong piece or damage in transit — please contact me directly within 10 days of delivery, and I’ll do my best to resolve it promptly.

As all original artworks are unique and made-to-order prints are produced specifically for you, refunds are only issued in cases where the item arrives damaged or faulty. Exchanges may be offered at my discretion, depending on availability.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Please note that banking times may vary depending on your provider.
